Our FIRST DAY of School is MONDAY, August 22nd. This will be a FRIDAY schedule for our Preschool class. Drop off runs from 7:30am-7:50am. Drop off for morning car riders is in the front of the building. Breakfast will be from 7:30am-7:50am. PHES begins classes at 7:55am.
PHES has a new student drop off lane. Feel free to park and walk your student to their room in the morning or enjoy our new paved lane.
PHMS 7th graders: You will begin your school day at the high school. Please drop students off at PHHS beginning Monday. Bus riders will be dropped off at the high school. Breakfast will be served to those students upon arrival. Buses will transport the students back to the middle school for second hour. Call our office if you have questions.

Polk County Health Center will be at Back to School Night TONIGHT in the Athletic Complex between the Middle School and Elementary School from 5pm-7pm. They will have vaccines available if your child still needs a vaccine for back to school!
Good afternoon Pirate Nation! Pleasant Hope Schools would like to invite you to join us for tonight's back to school events starting at 5 p.m. at the Elementary School, 5:30 p.m. at the Middle School, 6 p.m. at the High School, and continuously from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Athletic Complex; please come and participate in our BINGO challenge by visiting both your student's school and the Athletic Complex. In addition, the PHR6 Back to School Bash will be held behind the high school by the bus barn from 7 to 9 p.m. tonight with a food truck for meal purchases, games, and lots of back to school information; all students and families are encouraged to attend!

We will be in the office between 8:00am - 2:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday. Due to faculty obligations, the office will be closed until 11:30am on Wednesday. Adjustments may have been made to student schedules.
We have had a great week of practice with High School Cross Country, but we are eager to welcome our Middle School (6-8) to the team. Practice starts Monday from 4-5:45.

Freshmen Chromebooks will be distributed on August 18th from 6:00-6:30PM on our Back to School Night. Freshman Orientation
will take place that same night and run from 6:30PM-7:00PM. Our Back to School Bash will take place from
7:00PM-9:00PM and all students, staff, and families are invited to attend. This will take place by the Old Bus Barn on the
west side of the HS.

Hello High School Students and Families! We hope all of you have had a chance to enjoy summer activities!
It is time to make sure we have things in order for the 2022-2023 school year. RETURNING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS need to come to the HS office on Monday, August 15 -Wednesday, August 17 to pick up their schedule and pay their Chromebook fee. We will be in the office between 8:00am - 2:30 pm. Adjustments may have been made to student schedules.
During high school, students can choose between a Chromebook usage fee of $25 (in order to bring their Chromebook and charger home) or a Chromebook lease fee of $50. Students that pay the lease fee each year for four years (or all at once for a total payment of $200) will be allowed to keep their Chromebook and charger upon graduation. Students who are not able or chose not to pay the usage or lease fee will be required to leave their Chromebook and charger in the high school office at the end of each school day.

Football practice starts Monday, August 8th for all HS athletes interested in playing. Practices will be held on the practice field from 6pm-8:30pm all week.
