MO Beef presented to the 5th grade students at PHMS this last week. Students learned about "Pasture to Plate." The lesson was taught by one of the MO Beef Academy students (high schoolers that promote the program and beef across the state). Thanks to the generosity of local farmers, PH Schools' students have been blessed this school year with local (MO) beef donations from our PH community. This year's local farmers that have donated to-date include: Chris & Aubrey McElroy & Family, Randy & Darlene Pett, Sam & Patty McElroy, David & Debra Agee, and the Whitney & Cariel Grove/Colby & Jennifer Grove Families. WE ARE STILL SEEKING ONE MORE DONATION FOR PROCESSING IN MARCH! If you are able to donate, please contact Aubrey McElroy at 840-3214 or aubreymcelroy@gmail.com. THANK YOU AGAIN TO THOSE THAT HAVE PROVIDED QUALITY BEEF TO PH STUDENTS THIS YEAR ALREADY!
