Pleasant Hope HS Basketball Tournament Finals - 2/7/2024
Congratulations to our Varsity Volleyball players Kylee Agee, Gracie Pulley, Arwen Mehl, Kenzie Bader, and Graci Wolf on getting selected for the 2023 Academic All-State Volleyball team. These girls maintained greater than a 3.6 GPA over their academic careers and participated in at least 75% of varsity matches this season. Pleasant Hope Tournament 1st place games will be held on February 7. The girls game will feature Chadwick against Walnut Grove. This is a match up of two state ranked Class 1 teams. Game time is 5:30 pm. The boys game will be Morrisville against Chadwick. Game time is 7 pm

Third graders celebrated kindness with a board game party!
It’s a GREAT day to be in third grade! Our third graders celebrated their kindness by having a board game party. Then practice finding the perimeter of objects throughout our school.
PHES Students making it to the 2nd Quarter 25 AR Point Club. They celebrated with a "Snow-day" of snow sledding, snowball fighting and snow cone eating.
The 5th graders just finished a unit on Animal Systems, so to demonstrate their knowledge they had a Human Body/Organ System Project. These students worked so hard and created some wonderful bodies.
The 5th graders had the opportunity to have MO Beef come and do presentations for them. The students asked many great questions. They were also able to see some neat tools used on cattle farms. Fifth graders were taught about the different types of cattle farms, for the different life stages of cows. They also learn about the many uses for many cow parts, in addition to the meat cuts from cow. Lastly, the students learned about several different jobs in the beef industry.
Gardening Club enjoyed making some pinecone bird feeders with peanut butter and birdseed.
