Students learning how to make butter
At PHRS, in the Beis 1 Life Skills Class, they have just started a unit researching different countries (and learning the difference between a continent and a country). Each student chose a country to do a poster on, and are in the beginning stages of gathering information. The students sampled Swedish ginger cookies and made a Swedish woven paper craft. In the upcoming weeks and days they will be sampling more treats from various countries and learning about the regions they come from!
