Late last night we were notified of two positive COVID-19 cases that were working in the Pleasant Hope Football Concession stand during the Friday night Football game on Sept. 18th in Pleasant Hope vs. Liberal. The positive cases were masked the entire time in the concession stand and not exhibiting symptoms at the time of the event. The Polk County Health Department has asked that we make a statement regarding this potential exposure to people that may have visited the football concession stand on Friday night. There is minimal risk, but the Polk County Health Department has asked that you monitor for symptoms and if you are feeling or exhibiting symptoms consistent with COVID-19 to contact your local healthcare providers. Please continue to do all you can to protect yourself and those around you by wearing face coverings and socially distancing from those around you. Thank you for your cooperation.
