PHR6 AMI Learning Plan 2021-2022 AMI days are Alternative Methods of Instruction days where students will utilize learning resources provided by the district to learn while at home. AMI days will be utilized on snow days until the maximum 36 hours has been reached effective on the very first snow day of the 2021-2022 school year, but may also be utilized for other school closures, as needed. Below, you will find the AMI Learning Plan for each school building in our district. If you have any questions about AMI learning days, please contact your student’s building administrator.

At the direction of the Polk County Health Department all students or employees who were exposed directly to the individual who tested positive for COVID 19 are being contacted by the Polk County Health Department. Those needing to isolate and self quarantine to help stop the spread have been notified by Pleasant Hope Middle School. If you did not receive a phone call about this situation, no action is needed on your part. As a reminder, exposure notifications will be distributed each day (and at the completion of the weekends) if there are positive cases within the elementary school moving forward.
