SNOW DAYS 2024
This year PHR6 will not use AMI Packets (alternative method of instruction packets) for snow days until all make-up days are used. If PHR6 is out due to inclement weather then we will make up the school day using make up days if available. PHR6 will monitor days used and send AMI packets if/when all make up days are used.
In other words: Old School Snow Days until further notice!!! ;_)

Snow is in the Air! Attached you will find our PHR6 AMI Learning Plan for 2023-2024. As a reminder, AMI days will NOT be used on snow days until all remaining Weather Make-Up Days (per the 23-24 District Calendar) have been or will be utilized for the current school year, but may also be utilized for other school closures, as needed.

PH Youth Sports Night at PHR6 Schools--free admission for youth players/cheerleaders/coaches! January 5th with the JV game starting at 5:30 p.m. at Pleasant Hope Middle School (Youth Players & Cheerleaders will be recognized at halftime of the Girls Varsity game).
Welcome Back Pirate Nation! Pleasant Hope Schools' Spring semester will begin on Wednesday, January 3rd.

Mrs. Lambeth's 6th grade Social Studies classes have been working hard creating projects to show their knowledge of ancient Egypt! Along with writing components, students created 3D landscapes, collages, ABC books, crosswords, copied hieroglyphics, and more. They look great!
The Basketball Pirates will travel to Humansville on Tuesday 12/19. The evening will start at 5:30 pm. Our JV boys will play 4 quarters, followed by the Varsity Girls, and then the Varsity Boys. Come out and support the Pirates!
PHR6 is in session on Monday, December 18th. PHES will operate on a Thursday Preschool and Specials schedule.

Pink Out in Marion C Early tonight! Lady Pirates fell 63-21 and Pirates fell 76-55. Great combined halftime show by cheer squads from BOTH teams!
The Pleasant Hope High School Fine Arts Festival this evening was incredible! The PH Band, Guitar Class, and Drama Club all had spectacular performances, and the Art Classes displayed their talented artwork!!!
Reminder of the Fine Arts night tonight at PHHS Gym. Doors open at 5:30pm. Show starts at 6pm. $3 adult. $1 student.
