This week is homecoming week at Pleasant Hope high school. Tuesday's spirit day is PJ day. Show your spirit and wear your school appropriate PJs on Tuesday.

Pleasant Hope high school picture retakes will be on Wednesday. If you did not get your picture taken during the first picture day or would like to retake, please dress for retakes.

PHHS Homecoming Week is Next Week! Feel free to join us for the homecoming parade at 2:30pm on Friday, Oct. 14. The parade will travel from the high school, past the west side of district office to the elementary school and finishing at the middle school before returning to PHHS. The following will be held at Pirate Stadium: Coronation - 6:30pm Community Flag Football Game - 7:00pm There will be no charge for the game and concessions will not be offered. PHHS Homecoming Dance will be held 8:00pm-10:00pm on Friday, Oct. 14 in the high school cafeteria. This is an informal dance. Please dress school appropriate. The tickets are $15 at the door(shirt not included). If you exit the dance, there will be no re-entry. Please come out and support our Pirates!

The Middle School Volleyball team will play in the conference tournament tomorrow (Saturday 10/8) in Diamond!

Calling all Pleasant Hope Staff and Community Members - if you would like to participate in the Flag Football game scheduled for 10/14 for 7pm at Pirate Stadium, reach out to the HS office as soon as possible. Thank you and Go Pirates!

High School Baseball open field scheduled for Thursday 10/6 has been cancelled.

Everyone mark your calendar for this Saturday October 8th! High School Volleyball and FCCLA are teaming up to present the "Play for Pink" Volleyball tournament and silent auction! FCCLA has gathered some AWESOME silent auction baskets from local businesses, churches, and Pleasant Hope school clubs and groups that will be on display and ready for bidding in the Middle School cafeteria. FCCLA will also provide concessions during the day. 12 local Varsity Volleyball teams, including your own Lady Pirates will be featured on the tournament side. Pool play will start at 8am Saturday morning and bracket play will follow around 12:45pm. Proceeds from this tournament and silent auction will go to the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks as they continue to fight for a cure and support those fighting breast cancer. Come out and support a great cause and cheer on your Lady Pirate Volleyball team!

Just a reminder.....Basketball practice for Middle School Girls will start on Monday, 10/10/22. This is available for girls in grades 6-8. Jeff Keeling and Kelsi Holcomb will serve as the coaches. A sports physical is required for participation.
