PHMS Winter Music Concerts and Winter Wonderland this week!
Please join us as we begin celebrating the holiday season.
3rd Graders in Mrs.McGradys class had a coffee shop day. They applied for jobs, made menu corrections, coffee bean multiplication, and created new menu items. Throughout the day the students earned Pirate Patches to spend to get their own coffee! Aka chocolate milk. #proudtobeapirate
This Thursday, December 5th, our middle school music ensembles and the elementary honor choir will present their winter concert. The concert will be at the elementary school gym and we hope you can join us!
The Pleasant Hope Lady Pirates battled back from a 1st quarter deficit to defeat Halfway for 3rd place in the Fair Play Basketball Tournament. Great job ladies!
Congrats to Coach Glasgow and the Boys Basketball Pirates. 3rd Place in the Verona Tip Off Tournament. Dayton Altic earned all tournament team honors as well.
The Pleasant Hope Lady Pirates basketball team fell to the Greenwood Lady Bluejays despite a valiant effort in the second round of the Fair Play Tournament. The Lady Pirates will play for third place at 4:30 p.m. tomorrow night!
HS Boys Basketball battled hard last night but fell short vs. Purdy in the 2nd round of the Verona Tip-Off Classic, 63-60.
They will play for 3rd place on Wednesday, November 27, at 2:30 pm.
Lady Pirates win their HS Basketball season opener by defeating New Covenant 55-24 in the Fair Play Tournament. Great job and great teamwork, Lady Pirates!!
Lady Pirates will now play at 5:30 pm on Tuesday, Nov 26th, in the semi-finals.

Pirates open the High School Boys Basketball season with a 72-23 win over Verona!!! Great job and teamwork, Pirates!!
The boys will now play at 8:30 pm on Monday, Nov 25th, in the semi-finals of the Verona Tournament!!
PHR6 Schools would like to invite everyone in the community to join us for some breakfast and carnival fun before the Christmas Parade on December 7th.
Thank you for helping us Feed the Turkey! Over 1600 items were donated for the community! Pleasant Hope families are making a difference!
Ten Pleasant Hope High School students served as Missouri Youth Election poll workers at the Pleasant Hope Fire Station during the Nov. 5 General Election.
Pleasant Hope High School seniors Shay Austin and Case Klotz recently completed their requirements for the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank accorded by the Boy Scouts of America. Both are members of Boys Scouts Troop 376 based in Pleasant Hope, MO.

We are grateful for all the donations we've received for our Feed the Turkey Food Drive!
As of today we have collected 468 items!! Our goal is 1,000 by noon on Friday.
Please contribute if you are able. Drop off donations at the middle school office if you'd like. All items will go toward pantries and holiday baskets in the community.
PHMS is serving our community this fall! Ms. Valdes's World Cultures class is making toys for those in need. Our Feed the Turkey food drive continues all this week. Currently we've collected 190 items! Please contribute if you are able. All donations will be shared with those in the Pleasant Hope Community this holiday season.
Pleasant Hope HS Girls Basketball competed in a jamboree last night at Spokane. They played well against some tough competition. We're excited about the season.
