Last Thursday, the senior class attended their traditions field trip. This year they choose the Kansas City Zoo, ate lunch at Joe's BBQ, and enjoyed some shopping at Legends Outlet Mall!
Based on National Weather Service predictions for hail, strong straight-line winds, & potential tornadoes, Pleasant Hope Schools will be releasing at 2:02 p.m. today, which is immediately following 6th period. Preschool & elementary car rider parents should arrive by 2:00 p.m. All after school events have been canceled. Kindergarten celebration has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 1 p.m. FFA Banquet has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 22nd. Again, Pleasant Hope Schools will be early releasing at 2:02 p.m. today and buses will start routes home at approximately 2:20 p.m.

REMINDER: Packets for Cox Care Mobile scheduled for Thursday May 29th are due to your building nurse TUESDAY MAY 20th! If you want your child to see the Care Mobile for a sports physical or immunization you MUST turn the packet in. Students received these packets May 1st and 2nd. If you need a new copy, contact your building nurse ASAP.
Congratulations to Lexi Perryman & Riley Hubbard for moving on the State in Jeff City next weekend. Riley will be competing on Friday morning for Pole Vaulting. Lexi will be competing on Saturday for Javelin. Lexi also broke her own school record with a massive 34+ meter throw.
This is a reminder for our Pirate Nation Families that school is in session on Monday, May 19th. The last day of school for this year is Thursday, May 22nd with a normal start & finish time for the day. Thank you !
Pleasant Hope baseball battled hard but comes up short in their Class 2 District 11 tournament game, losing 4 - 3 to Marion C Early.
Riley Hubbard and Lexi Perryman will be competing in the Class 2 Sectional 3 Track Tournament on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
During the 2025 prom, a procedural error was inadvertently made in the selection process for Prom Queen.
The 2025 Prom queen winner is Arwen Mehl.
