
We are pleased to announce that softball season is quickly approaching. There are a few important dates to note. We will hold a mandatory Parent/Team meeting on Sunday, February 23 right after the Spring Sports Meeting at the middle school.
Our first practice is scheduled for Monday, March 3. If your daughter will be participating in middle school softball, please email Head Coach Stacy Burdette at stacyburdette@phr6.org and let her know that you will be attending the meeting.

Good Evening Pirate Nation! Pleasant Hope Schools will be closed tomorrow, February 21st due to snow-covered side roads and continued extremely cold temperatures in the morning. This will NOT be an AMI day. We hope that all of our families enjoy a true snow day tomorrow and return on Monday, February 24th with ALL AMI packets completed and warmer weather! The High School Girls Basketball game vs Blue Eye has been rescheduled to Friday, February 21, 2025 with a 5:00 pm start. We will play 2 quarters of JV and then play Varsity.

Calling all community businesses and organizations... This year, PHMS will be hosting a Student Spotlight Night on Monday, March 10th from 5:00-8:00. In addition to parent-teacher conferences, we will have a trivia game, refreshments, student work showcases, student performances, and hopefully local business and organization booths! We hope to showcase not only our amazing students, but offer our families in attendance more information about our area resources.
