
7th grade boys went on a field trip to Mercy to explore various careers in the health sciences field. These students are getting to touch pig lungs.


Monday March 2nd, 16th, and the 30th will all be used for snow makeup days.

8th Grade Students received their 2020-2021 class scheduling packets today for high school next year. Please be visiting with your child this week to select what classes they want for next year. If you have any questions please contact the high school office.

PHES teachers and students prepared for the second session Rocket Math Celebration. Students made ice cream snowmen!

High school FFA students came over to teach our middle school students about nutrition. Our students loved the opportunity to learn from these high school students.


At PHRS, in the Beis 1 Life Skills Class, they have just started a unit researching different countries (and learning the difference between a continent and a country). Each student chose a country to do a poster on, and are in the beginning stages of gathering information. The students sampled Swedish ginger cookies and made a Swedish woven paper craft. In the upcoming weeks and days they will be sampling more treats from various countries and learning about the regions they come from!
