Good morning Pirate Nation! Due to flooding, several low water crossings on roads and other areas are flooded over the roads. This will impact bus routes as well as all drivers. Buses may need to take alternative routes and/or significantly delay pick up in order to safely transport kids to school. The PHES Student Council had lots of smiles at the STUCO Jamboree! It was a day of engaging and good old-fashioned fun!! Activities included making butter slime and pizza and a movie!

Junior high baseball at Pierce City is cancelled. They said their field is completely unplayable.
The baseball game at Lockwood has been rescheduled for a third time. We are planning to play at Lockwood on Tuesday, May 10 at 4:30pm.
This will cancel the scheduled home game we had with Jasper on that day.
Varsity Baseball at Wheatland is cancelled today due to wet fields and rain in the forecast to continue.
Today’s Varsity Softball game at Pierce City will be made up tomorrow at Sarcoxie as part of a double header. First game hopefully will start at 4:00 or 4:30. We will update as we can.
